accident @ 95 and Belvidere
There has been an accident on 95 at the Belvidere overpass involving a tractor trailer and at least one other vehicle. All lanes of 95 and the Belvidere overpass are closed.

It was such a bizarre experience to drive south down I-95 and see little or no traffic heading north. What a tragedy.
