parking permits in the near future?
Portions of the Fan already have decal-restricted parking, and there are reports that Jackson Ward and Carver are considering establishing similar parking districts to help ensure that parking is available for residents. [via]

Vacant Richmond
Launched a few months ago, Vacant Richmond has become a local clearing house on info about vacant houses in the city. The site lists 148 vacant properties in Jackson Ward and 107 vacant properties in Carver.
