Due to the limited on-street parking in the Carver District, Ordinance No. 2007-251-209 was passed in September of 2007 to require residents and guests of the neighborhood to obtain a permit to park on several streets in this area. Parking on the restricted streets without a permit is limited to 1 hour from 7AM to 10PM, Monday through Saturday.
