save the date: 2nd Street Festival set for Oct.3,4,5

The 2nd Street Festival is set for Friday-Sunday, Oct.3-5:

The hands of time are turned back to the past when 2nd Street was the heart and soul of Richmond’s African-American community. Each year approximately 45,000 people come to Richmond’s historic Jackson Ward to hear live music on four stages, enjoy children’s activities, taste delicious food, shop in the marketplace, dance in the streets and renew old friendships. There is free admission.

    Hello:
I am a part of an organization who wants to participate in a voter registration booth at the 2nd street festival this year. Do you know how we would go about this?

    Thank you

My high school is having a reunion in October. Who do I contact to have this event publicized during the 2nd St. Festival, to reach the school’s alumni?
