River City Saunter a smart success

The Partnership for Smarter Growth’s River City Saunter, a smart growth bus tour with commentary by Rachel Flynn, Brooke Hardin, and Daniel Moore, rolled today from Manchester to Church Hill, Libby Hill, Rocketts, downtown, Jackson Ward, Monroe Ward, Oregon Hill, and back down Semmes to Legend Brewery.

There were 3 tour guides and 3 busses; the guides switched busses at each stop so that each group got to hear the different perspectives along the way.
