Murder on St.James Street

The Richmond Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred just after 10PM in the 1000 block of St. James Street last night. Police found Reginale N. Lee, 19, whose last known address is the 2300 block of Ambrose St., unresponsive outside an apartment; Lee died at the scene.

Detectives are in the early stages of this homicide investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
