Rebuilding Together yesterday
The Adult Career Development Center (ACDC) hosted the Rebuilding Together Richmond Day in Jackson Ward yesterday. Members of the the City Lights Partnership (Historic Jackson Ward Association, Black History Museum, RRHA, Technology Resource Connections, ACDC, and Capital One) and volunteers from all over the city came together to to spruce up and renovate homes in Jackson Ward. ACDC student arrested for weapon
A student at the Adult Career Development Center was arrested today for bringing a weapon to school. A security officer found the weapon after stopping a fight between two students. [via]
