TRANSMISSION presents Stephen Viteillo and Paul Thulin
In a show up through June 28, TRANSMISSION GALLERY is presenting works by Stephen Viteillo and Paul Thulin. Stephen Vitiello is exhibiting several LFO speaker drawings and a new sound piece titled “Slow Rewind”. Paul Thulin is showing photographs from his series, ‘Dissolving Boundaries of the Self: A Rhizomatic Psycho-History’.

The March 2008 issue of Richmond Magazine has a look at Transmission Gallery. The current show (through 3/31) at the gallery is Transmission Introduces Studio 23, an exhibit of “traditional and nontraditional printing methods, etchings, silkscreens and monoprints” featuring the artists of Studio 23, a nonprofit artists’ collective.

Richmond’s newest print publication Urge has a fairly indepth review of Ryan Wallace and Monica Palma’s current show at Transmission:
Transmission, a relatively new gallery in Jackson Ward, is an intimate space sporting the monoprints of Ryan Wallace and drawings of Monica Palma in a show called .Medium Love (February 1-29th). This exhibit forsakes color and museum-scale dimensions in favor of process and draftsmanship.
